Catalist processes account details, company information, job postings, candidate applications, communications, scheduling details, and usage information needed to provide the applicant tracking service.
How information is used
We use this information to operate, secure, support, and improve the service; deliver requested integrations; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. Customer hiring data is not sold.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers and integrations selected by the customer. We retain information for the period needed to provide the service and as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
Account owners may update company information and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting Catalist support.
